Reduced Chair Time
Reduced chair time, increased visual versatility.
Since Superfocus allows your patient to control the exact optical power needed for clear vision in any direction and at any distance, there’s no need to spend time measuring seg heights or finding a PAL design with acceptable limitations.
All that's needed is a distance prescription— including PD — and reading ADD at 16 inches.
So, despite their advanced technology and sophistication, prescribing Superfocus glasses is as easy as prescribing single vision glasses.
Your reward: reduced chair time, a problem-free correction, and a very satisfied patient thanks to outstanding vision and minimal adaptation.
Demonstrating Superfocus is fast, easy, and rewarding
Have your prospect wear a Superfocus glasses without the front lenses (i.e. without the distance prescription), and hold his/her's actual distance prescription (sphere, cylinder and axis using a trial stick and your standard trial kit lenses) in front of it.
With these items you can quickly demonstrate the Superfocus advantage: simply ask the prospect to move the Superfocus glasses' slider while looking at his/her watch and intermediate distance objects. It takes a minute or two, in your office, at the time of the eye exam. It’s easy. And, typically, creates an immediate WOW!
Since the limitations of PALs are entirely absent, Superfocus’ visual versatility — and full field of view — are immediately apparent. There is no need for ‘adaptation’. And learning to focus via slider motion is almost always intuitive. Let your patients try Superfocus and experience the benefits for themselves.
