I too have been very careful with my lens. When I clean them I’ve used only the supplied cloth with a small amount of cleaning solution I bought from the optometrist. Unfortunately the lenses now have several small scratches that make them appear cloudy.
Is there any way of polishing or removing these scratches?

Like all plastic lenses, scratches may occur when dirt, dust or grit are rubbed into the surface. To avoid scratches, rinsing with tap water to gently flush away the dirt particles prior to cleaning is recommended.
