I am a new Superfocus-er and am very happy with my Corbu frame. To be able to dial in the exact seeing solution for myself, in any situation, is the coolest! I’m 55 and had cataract surgeries in 2007 and 2008. With artificial lens implants, I have no natural focusing ability. I struggled with Progressive glasses for several years before and after the cataract surgeries. Superfocus has restored my ability to focus. I can easily find the sweet spot for any given situation. I don’t have to adjust the focus throughout the day as often as I had anticipated, however, when I need to, I can. I like the control! For me, Superfocus is THE solution I was looking for. I really appreciate this post as I had catarct surgery November 2011. I had been VERY nearsighted until then. Now my distant vision is 20/20, but as noted, I have no accomodation. I need different correction for the computer, raeding, etc. I had used progressives for years when I was myopic, and got some for use now, as after 60+ years of wearing glasses, I also feel I need the eye protection, but the progressives now don’t seem as good as when I was correcting for near-sightedness.
Looking forward to my Superfocus. They were shipped yesterday, but still no tracking. I check every hour
